We make two different airgun chassis or air delivery systems; the XP-Chassis and the Badger-Chassis. The XP-Chassis power our XP Air Rifles and is featured on this page. The Badger-Chassis is used to power the Badger .40 and our XP-Pistols.
The breech opening is big enough to easily load bullets up to 1-1/2" long (muzzle loader breech is available at no extra cost).
Both the "Pro Classic" and the "Tactical" stocks are custom made for our airgun. There are optional materials available, i.e., walnut and various colored laminates. (See below for more info) See examples in all the pictures throughout our website. All our stocks are now made for us by

All airguns are tested to 4500 psi.
This helps to keep it closed and prevent accidental opening.
The bolt is fully contained to the rear.
You tune it based on your bullet weight and air pressure by selecting the cocking position of the hammer.
These are NOT firearm barrels modified to fit our airguns. All caliber barrels have rifling made to our specifications and are designed for our airguns.
All materials meet the Mil Specs of that material grade. All fasteners are graded.
Our machine tolerances are comparable to aerospace specifications.
The top of the breech is drilled and tapped to allow rear scope mounts to be adjusted up to 2" in 1/2" increments. Custom scope mounts are available in full breech or extended lengths.
We use a hardened steel pin that locks the hammer away from the valve pin and does not engage the trigger. The hammer locking pin allows safe filling, storage and transportation of the airgun without the possibility of an accidental discharge. By locking the hammer off the valve, it is impossible to accidentally discharge the airgun while loading. This is not designed to act as a trigger safety.
All of our stocks are now made for us by Mad Dog Custom Rifle Stocks, LLC.
There are two standard stocks available, the "Pro Classic " and
the "Tactical ". (We discount the air rifle $200 if purchased without a stock.)
This helps to keep the stock stiff but light.
There are three initial coats, then a sand down to a smooth surface with no flaws. A final three coats are added to the stock with fine steel wool sand to final finish.
This screw is added for extra support and makes it rock solid.
This helps to bed the airgun in place and keep it from shifting once in place. This also helps with accuricy.
Both stocks come with a 4” Picatinny Accessory Rail, 2 - Sling Studs and a soft recoil pad.
For an additional cost, the "Pro Classic" and "Tactical" stocks are available in a variety of optional materials: i.e., walnut and various color laminates.
Stocks can be shipped unfinished with 98% of the sanding done or for an additional charge, they can be completely finished.
